1. Information We Collect

We collect information only through the following channels, each described below:

Scheduling a call. When you book a consultation through our scheduling tool (Acuity Scheduling, operated by Squarespace, Inc.), you provide your name, email address, and phone number, along with any details you choose to share about your project. This information is collected and processed directly by Acuity Scheduling under its own privacy policy, available at squarespace.com/privacy, in addition to being shared with us for the purpose of the consultation.

Direct email contact. If you email us at cdl@candidusdatalab.com, we receive your email address and whatever content you include in your message.

Website analytics. We use two analytics tools to understand aggregate traffic to our Site:

We do not currently operate a separate on-site contact form, live chat, or newsletter signup. If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it.

6. Your Choices

You may request that we delete personal information you have provided to us directly (for example, via email), subject to any records we are required to retain for legal, contractual, or legitimate business purposes (such as active or recent engagements). To make such a request, contact cdl@candidusdatalab.com.
